Year 12 HSC textbook returns for 2017

The last day for returning textbooks to the PLC will be Friday, 10 November 2017.

Prior to this, Year 12 students will be emailed a list of their current loans which will give them an opportunity to ensure they clear up any queries before they leave. Students will not receive their $75 textbook deposit unless ALL books are returned.  Please contact the PLC at plc@stmarys.nsw.edu.au or call 4253 5207 if you wish to make an enquiry.

Fees Year 12 Graduation

As you are aware to meet your financial obligation to the College, any outstanding school fee payments for Year 12 students must be finalised prior to Graduation, 19 September 2017 OR an arrangement made with the Fees Coordinator.

Fees Update

Parent School Fees for Term 3 are due for payment. Please contact the Fees Coordinator on 4253 5230 if you wish to discuss your account.

Leaving the College: Just a reminder, if a student is withdrawn from the College one full term’s notice must be given in writing to the Principal.  If one term’s notice is not given a full term’s fee will be charged.  See the College website for Leaving Procedure.

Leave of Absence: If a student applies for leave of absence for a holiday or travel, school fees are to be paid prior to approval of leave.
